How does it work?
1. Digitise your documents
If you haven’t already done so, digitise and index all your HR related documents. We help you do this in-house using your own MFPs or by engaging an external scanning bureau.
2. Auto-create Folders
We import your digitised and indexed documents into OnBase. Documents that arrive by email or other electronic systems can be conveniently indexed into our system using OnBase tools. The solution automatically creates a new folder and subfolders every time documents for a new employee are uploaded. New documents arriving for existing employees are correctly filed.
3. Connect File Cabinet to HR Screens
Connect the OnBase Employee Folders to screens in your core HR system. We work out how to identify the employee on the screen and then define the various keyboard and mouse actions to retrieve the complete employee folder or individual types of documents.
4. Retrieve Folders from within HR System
When viewing an employee’s data in your core HR system use a pre-defines key or mouse click to retrieve the complete Employee folder or a defined list of documents.
